REMODELING WITH HOME PROS
When you're considering a kitchen or bathroom remodeling project, it can be exciting and a little daunting. There are a variety of options, products, contractors and companies to consider. Then there is coordinating all of those elements to pull together a plan, vendors and a schedule to get the work completed. HOME PROS is here to help make the remodeling process simple. We are a group of remodeling professionals in the Middle Tennessee area that can help from creating the plan to putting the finishing touches on your space - along with all the steps in between.
Our in-home consultation is where we not only gather the information needed to accurately develop a design and create an estimate for your remodel project, but its also where we begin to dream and see how the current space is being used. We'll ask questions, take measurements, gather photos and talk with you about what your vision is for the space. Any pictures or ideas you've seen that you like would be great to be shared during this visit as well. Our remodeling pros will lend their expertise and thoughts on what is possible and we'll try to give you an estimated project investment range, begin to talk about style and set up the next appointment in which we'll get together and dig in to your design further.
Once we've gathered the info we need to design and develop your space, we'll begin to create 3D drawings of the design. In our next appointments we'll review these and once we've finalized a layout, we'll begin looking at products.This can be a combination of
appointments, which may include
visiting some of the vendors where you'll be able to see a larger variety or select the actual items that will be used in your space. We'll review the overall scopes of work and budget. We show you the line by line detail so that you can pick and choose if you want us to do some or all of your project. After we've finalized the details we'll talk time frames and what it looks like if you are ready to put the plan into action.
Before we begin work on the jobsite, we'll have a Pre-Construction Meeting to review the scope of work and design, introduce you to the contractor that will be on your project. We'll review general things like access to the jobsite, contractor parking and things of that nature to make sure that we are all on the same page as get started. Depending on the size and scope of your project - a project may last anywhere from 4-12 weeks on average, with typical kitchen lasting 4-6 weeks and bathrooms 5-8 weeks. The majority of the work usually completed within the first 3-4 weeks. The contractor will be over your project from start to finish with specialized installers rounding out the team completing your project.
